How do I purchase or order a test?
You can purchase a test either from our own website store or through one of our retail partners (in store or online). Tests may also be ordered by your Healthcare provider on your behalf and provided directly to you or shipped directly to your home.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if your order has not yet shipped. If you purchased a kit from one of our retail partners please refer to their order cancellation and return policies.
