You can purchase a test either from our own website store or through one of our retail partners (in store or online). Tests may also be ordered by your Healthcare provider on your behalf and provided directly to you or shipped directly to your home.
If the information on your sample doesn’t match the information on your registered account; customer support at Simple HealthKit will reach out to you in order to confirm some details with you before we can proceed with processing your sample.
Registering your kit is necessary for us to provide you with your test results. Your test results will be published on our platform and it’s how we know your email and other contact information in order to notify you when your test results are ready.
