Why am I being sent this test when I didn’t directly purchase one?
Simple HealthKit works in partnership with several healthcare providers to help provide access to care which includes at-home and in-clinic testing. Your healthcare provider has asked Simple HealthKit to send a testing kit directly to your home as a convenient and accessible way to provide preventative care; which helps detect and address health issues early and can reduce the risk of serious illness and complications.

How do I purchase or order a test?
You can purchase a test either from our own website store or through one of our retail partners (in store or online). Tests may also be ordered by your Healthcare provider on your behalf and provided directly to you or shipped directly to your home.
Can I send my test results directly to my doctor?
Yes, you can use our secure website https://app.simplehealthkit.com/ to log into your account and on the test result page there is an option to enter in your doctor or care provider’s email and directly and securely email your test results to them.

How long does it take to receive my test kit?
If you purchase directly from our online store typically kits will arrive in one to three days. If you purchased a kit from one of our retail partners or are receiving one of our kits from your Healthcare provider, delivery times may vary.
