I want to opt-out of all future communications; how can I do that?

You can always reach out to customer support by phone, email or chat and they will help you or if you’re receiving texts or SMS messages from us; you can reply “STOP” to these which will stop the notifications from being sent to you.  You will still receive critical notifications like test results from us even if you opt-out of marketing communications.  If you recently changed health plans you will need to reach out to your prior health plan directly (since Simple HealthKit gets the list of members from the health plan) to inform them that you are still on their list and need to be removed.
