What if my COVID-19 sample cannot be processed?

TO ENSURE YOUR SAMPLE IS PROCESSED BY THE LAB, YOU MUST:

  1. Complete and apply the sample label to the tube with your registered name, date of birth, and date + time of collection.
  2. Ensure that the tube is completely closed after the nasal swab is added to the collection tub

Your sample may not be processed, and you may not receive a test result if you do not follow the instructions. Please reach out to your testing administrator or contact help@simplehealthkit.com for more information.
