What factors may affect my laboratory test results?

What factors may affect my laboratory test results?

Several factors, such as insufficient or inadequate sample collection or severe mishandling of the test kit (tube breakage or leakage), may affect results. Following the included kit instructions should prevent most use errors that may impact results.

For test results that are indeterminate or invalid, a repeat test may be advised. If you are experiencing difficulty collecting the sample, please contact our customer support line for assistance at help@simplehealpkit.com.
