How do Simple HealthKit at-home tests work?
Simple HealthKit at-home tests include at-home collection kits that need to be mailed to our laboratory. There are various ways on how you could get one of our test kits: purchasing a test from one of our retail partners or our online store; or you may receive a test kit(s) from your healthcare provider or as part of a public health or free-testing program. Once you have a kit, inside of the kit you will find instructions for how to collect your sample (such as saliva, blood, or urine), register your kit through our online portal (if applicable) and send the sample back to the laboratory in the prepaid return shipping included in your kit. Simple HealthKit tests are then reviewed and approved by our Physician network and results are delivered online through our secure portal or to your Healthcare provider if you choose.
